1. What Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide the scheduling service:

  • Event data — event titles, date ranges, durations, day modes, team names, and custom questions you create.
  • Availability submissions — names (or aliases) and selected dates submitted by participants.
  • Account information (paid users only) — email address and basic profile information provided via Auth0 during sign-up.
  • Payment information (paid users only) — processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate and provide the scheduling service. This includes:

  • Displaying event details and availability to relevant participants.
  • Authenticating your account (if you have one).
  • Processing subscription payments via Stripe (paid users only).

3. What We Do Not Do

We take your privacy seriously:

  • Your data is not shared with any third parties beyond the service providers listed in Section 5.
  • Your data is not used for any AI or machine learning training, including generative AI models.
  • Your data is not sold to anyone.
  • We do not serve advertisements or use your data for advertising purposes.
  • We do not build user profiles for tracking or targeting.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use a minimal set of browser storage mechanisms:

  • Authentication cookies — set by Auth0 to manage your login session (paid users only).
  • Local storage — used to store your theme preference (light/dark mode) and recent event references for convenience.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party advertising cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

The following third-party services are used exclusively to serve Professional and Team customers. Free users are not affected by these services, and no data is shared with them for free accounts.

  • Auth0 — for user authentication. Auth0 processes your email and login credentials when you sign in. See the Auth0 Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data directly. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.

No other third-party services receive your data.

6. Data Storage & Location

Your data is processed and stored on cloud infrastructure in the United Kingdom (London) region.

7. Data Retention

We make reasonable efforts to keep data available, but we do not guarantee that data will be retained indefinitely. Events and availability data may be removed at any time without notice.

For subscribers with active paid accounts, we will use reasonable efforts to retain your data for the duration of your active subscription. Following the end of a subscription or termination of an account, data may be deleted after a 30-day wind-down period.

8. Your Rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your personal data.
  • Data portability — request your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Object — object to processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

9. Children

This service is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

For subscribers with active paid accounts, we will provide at least 30 days’ written notice of any material changes before they take effect.
