How it works
- Set drop-off and pick-up. Add the two runs with their times. The rota only uses workdays.
- Add the families. Add one name per parent or family. Runs are shared out evenly across the week.
- Share with the parents. Each parent picks their name, sees their runs and can subscribe in their calendar.
Why it works for school run rotas
- School days only. Weekends are left out, and you can mark school holidays as days off for everyone.
- Cannot drive? Hand it over. If a parent is ill or stuck at work, they hand the run to someone else in one tap. It is paid back later.
- Fair over the whole term. Swaps and covers are balanced out automatically, so nobody quietly does more.
- Always planned ahead. This week and next are always planned, and you can extend the plan further ahead.
