How it works
- Add the sessions. For example a morning and an afternoon session, on weekends or every day.
- Add your volunteers. Sessions are shared out so everyone does a similar number.
- Share one link. Volunteers pick their name, see their sessions and add them to their calendar. No account needed.
Why it works for volunteer rotas
- Not always the same few people. Everyone gets an equal share, and newcomers start level with everyone else.
- Easy cover. Cannot make it? Hand the session to someone else. It evens out over time.
- Plan around holidays. Volunteers mark the days they are away and the rota adjusts.
- Nothing to install. Works in any phone browser, which matters when volunteers range from students to retirees.
